IUYU manufactures protective accessories for vape devices. A case is a small product, but getting it right requires compound formulation, mold precision and molding conditions to line up at once. A 0.2 mm deviation changes how it closes, and a wrong gate position leaves a flow mark on the surface.

That is why we never separated design from molding. The structural design team and the molding team sit on the same line, so trial-shot results turn into design revisions the same day. That iteration speed is the real reason our development cycles are short.

We run OEM, producing to customer drawings, alongside ODM, supplying our own validated design assets under the customer brand. For a new brand launch, the latter cuts lead time substantially.
