Terms of Use
Terms governing use of the IUYU B2B site, including enquiries, contracts, intellectual property and liability.
Last updated 2026-01-01
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the information and quotation services provided on the B2B manufacturing enquiry site operated by IUYU (the "Company").
2. Scope of business
The Company manufactures and supplies silicone protective cases, pouches, grips and device protection accessories on an OEM/ODM basis.
The Company does not manufacture or sell nicotine liquid, pods, refills or finished devices (heated-tobacco or liquid type), and does not advertise or sell such items online.
This site is not a consumer sales channel; it exists solely for B2B trade enquiries.
3. Quotations and contracts
An enquiry submitted through this site is not an offer to contract. A contract is formed when the Company issues a quotation and both parties sign an agreement.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or for 30 days from issue if no period is stated.
Quotations may be adjusted for movements in raw material prices, exchange rates or volumes. In that case the Company gives prior written notice.
4. Orders and delivery
Mass production orders are placed in writing (including electronic form) and are confirmed when the Company accepts them.
Delivery schedules are calculated from confirmation of the approved trial-shot sample and the order volume.
Where delivery is delayed by causes beyond the Company’s control — natural disaster, raw material shortages, transport strikes — the Company notifies the customer without delay and consults on a revised schedule.
5. Quality and inspection
The approved trial-shot sample is the quality standard for mass production.
The Company inspects dimensions, closure, appearance, material, assembly and packaging lot by lot before shipment.
Where inspection results fall outside the approved standard, the Company reworks or re-produces.
6. Intellectual property
Drawings, 3D data and trademarks provided by the customer remain the customer’s property and are not used for any other purpose.
Rights in design assets and mold structures developed by the Company belong to the Company.
Where the customer bears the mold cost, ownership of that mold is determined by the contract and, absent separate agreement, vests in the customer.
7. Confidentiality
Neither party discloses the other’s technical information, drawings or commercial terms obtained during the engagement.
On request, a separate non-disclosure agreement is signed before materials are received.
8. Limitation of liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the contract value of the engagement concerned.
The Company is not liable for problems arising from errors in drawings or specifications provided by the customer.
The products are protective accessories and do not warrant against failure or damage to the device itself.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes are resolved through consultation; failing that, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
This document is a draft based on IUYU’s business model. It must be reviewed by legal counsel and replaced with a final version once the actual contract structure (mold ownership, payment terms, subcontracted vendors) is fixed. Contact: sales@iuyu.cc
